If a customer wishes to return a product they must do so within 30 days of purchase. The customer can choose to return the merchandise for a full credit, full refund or an exchange. Any returned product must be in its original condition from the date of purchase.
Any product under warranty will be replaced immediately at no charge. Please note that if the item is to be returned via mail the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. In the event the item has been discontinued or is not in stock, we will issue a credit.

National Heritage Brands Inc. will ship your purchases anywhere using Canada Post. In cases where the Canada Post service is not deemed sufficient and/or available for various reasons alternative shipping methods are at our discretion. In cases where Canada Post will not be used to ship out an order the customer will be contacted.
For Canadian customers delivery will take between 7-14 days. To arrange an alternate form of shipping contact us directly at 416-205-1271 or toll free at 1-866-448-1271. For International customers delivery will take between 6-8 weeks.

Shipping Costs

 For Orders in Canada a 10.00$ shipping charge applies
 For Orders in the U.S. a 15.00$ shipping charge applies
 • For International orders the cost of shipping is 16.00$ plus an additional 2.00$ for every addtional
   item ordered. This fee will be paid by the purchaser.
