At National Heritage Brands Inc. we stand behind the quality of our product. Thus, we offer a guarantee against manufacturing defects found in our products for up to 180 days from the date of purchase. Each product comes with individual wash and care instructions and it is the customers’ responsibility to follow these accordingly

RETURNS:
If a customer wishes to return a product they must do so within 30 days of purchase. The customer can choose to return the merchandise for a full credit, full refund or an exchange. Any returned product must be in its original condition from the date of purchase.

Any product under warranty will be replaced immediately at no charge. Please note that if the item is to be returned via mail the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. In the event the item has been discontinued or is not in stock, we will issue a credit.

No product shall be returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number(RA#) from Customer Service: customerservice@nationalheritagebrands.com , or phone @ 416-205-1271 ext. 225.
